Trouble connecting?
Most setup problems come down to sign-in or workspace settings.
Start here.
The install button didn’t open my app.
Use the manual setup shown in the same panel. It adds the same
server.
The server is saved, but I’m not signed in.
Use your assistant’s Authenticate, login or MCP control to finish
signing in to Blings in your browser.
I can’t find the custom connection option.
Your plan or workspace may not allow custom connections yet. Check
your assistant’s account settings or ask your workspace
administrator.
Blings is connected, but its tools are missing.
Enable Blings for the conversation and start a new chat if your
assistant needs one. Then ask it to check your Blings connection.
I can view projects but not edit them.
Editing requires read and write access. Reconnect and approve both
if an older connection only allows viewing.
Which Blings account will my assistant use?
The one you sign in with. Your assistant can only reach the
accounts and projects that Blings user can access.
